MEMBER CONDUCT POLICY (ESP)
- All members on the Association’s premises shall, at all times and in all situations, conduct themselves in a cordial, responsible, and respectful manner—both physically and verbally—toward other members and staff.
- No disruptive behavior, shouting, loud arguments, loud noise, or other conduct that may be disruptive to others present will be permitted; this applies especially to the association’s neighbors.
- All members must make proper use of the Association's facilities and commit to their care and maintenance.
- Bicycles are not allowed inside the premises; if you have a skateboard, please notify the front desk so we can temporarily store it in a way that does not cause any inconvenience due to space constraints.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and their stay must be brief.
- Report via email or in person to the board of directors any new developments, complaints, or claims that may arise regarding the service and customer care provided by staff, as well as any suggestions or general comments about products, quality, or facilities, with a view to continuous improvement.
- If a member wishes to cancel a membership, they must submit a request at the front desk.
