Why not start at the beginning? Cannabis associations, or cannabis social clubs, are non-profit entities created under the right of association. What does this mean? Very simple: they are protected by the decrees of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. In short, they are legal private associations in which marijuana can be shared.
This way, club members (who, by law, must be of legal age; at BCN Kush the minimum age is 18) can consume, enjoy and share the benefits of cannabis legally. Yes, regardless of the purpose of consumption, whether therapeutic or recreational.
A Cannabis Social Club (CSC) obtains cannabis—through its collective cultivation—which is distributed among its own members in a private setting that doesn’t reach third parties, within a closed circle. This reduces the risks associated with buying marijuana on the fringes of the black market, while also helping to fight for quality cannabis.
Steps to join a cannabis association
To join BCN Kush, and any other CSC in general, you need to go through a registration process. This process can’t be completed unless you fill out the relevant form and, obviously, if the association doesn’t have enough availability. So… now you know! Hurry and become a member!
So here comes the million-dollar question. What happens if someone shows up at BCN Kush’s door without meeting these requirements? The answer is simple: that person won’t be welcome and won’t be able to enter the premises or enjoy our staff, our events, our strains and our services.
